On March 1st, in order to protect the safety and security of your 401(k) account, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be added to your retirement plan on the Noble-Davis Consulting website. MFA is a security system that requires you to enter a one-time password (OTP) that is sent via text or email after you enter your normal login credentials in order to gain access to a website.

In order for MFA to work, you will need to have an email or textable phone number entered into the Noble-Davis website.

Please log into the Noble-Davis website at www.nobledavis.com, click on "Plan Logins" in the upper right corner and then click on "Your Plan Access Login" under the piggy bank.

If this is the first time logging into the site, enter your social security number (without dashes) for the Username and the last 4 digits of your social security number for the password. This will prompt you to change your log in information.

Once you are logged in, the system will take you directly to the Personal Information screen. Under General, please make sure there is a textable phone number entered. Under the Email section, please make sure an email is entered.

If the system doesn't take you directly to the Personal Information screen, you can click on the gear icon near the top right corner of the page to access your Personal Information.

After we turn on MFA for your plan, if you do not have an email or cell phone in our system, you will not be able to receive an OTP to enter our website. Due to security concerns, we cannot update participant information directly from you. Participants that reach out to us will be directed to the plan sponsor. We will only accept new emails and textable phone numbers directly from the plan sponsor.

If you already have entered an email or textable phone number into the website, no action is needed at this time.
