We have an experienced team of professionals working for you. Our plan consultants have an average of 20 years in the industry and 14 years with our company. That means that you won’t have a different point of contact every year since we have very little turnover. Our consultants get to know you and your plan and have your goals in mind. All of our consultants are ASPPA certified and receive regular continuing education.
Although you will have one point of contact in your plan consultant, we work in teams so there are multiple people at the company that know your plan. We are all friendly and communicative and will find innovative ways to tackle your complex issues. If you don’t understand an aspect of your plan, we will talk to you in simple straightforward language without the use of acronyms.
Since you need to work on your business, we take responsibility for all aspects of your retirement plan. We are hand-holders and we will be proactive in pointing out modifications that may be advantageous for you. We will suggest changes to your plan to reduce our fees.
